Absolutely amazing customer service experience. We had a difficult situation and the company went above and beyond with helping us and with a virtual smile. We shop primarily online being stationed overseas and never experienced such an attentive company. I had two girls surprised with their Fuzzy Legs with the biggest smiles, so cozy, warm, and adorably cute! Thank you all for going above & beyond expectations!
